Pumpkin Purée Pancakes with Devil's Eggs & Fruit
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup pumpkin purée (can use apple puree instead)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and give it a good stir
2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and drop a good tablespoon of mixture into the pan. When it starts to bubble, flip it over and cook on the other side for 20 seconds
3. Repeat until all the mixture is used up
