Blueberry Chia Jam

This healthy and nutritious jam recipe is delicious served both warm and cold. Ideal for winter mornings, on toast, porridge or yoghurt!

Ingredients:

  • 140g blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method:

  • Add the blueberries to a pot with a splash of water

  • Cook until (about 7 minutes) thawed and juicy

  • With a hand blender blend it to your desired consistency

  • Add chia seeds and maple syrup

  • Mix it well, turn the heat off and let it sit for 10 mins before serve it

Served over toast spread with cream cheese is a super tasty combo!
