Blueberry & Almond Overnight Chia Oats

You'll Need:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 200g oats
- 50g ground almonds
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 150g blueberries, halved
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 700ml milk of choice
Method:
Simply mix the above ingredients together and leave for five minutes for the chia seeds to thicken the mixture. Stir before placing in the fridge overnight.
